Export Academy by Matrona Consulting organized a training on 29.11.2023 in Gevgelija on the topic: HOW TO GET MORE EXPORTS “Trends for raising the export readiness of export-oriented enterprises in the manufacturing industry”.
The training was designed for manufacturing companies that want to start exporting or that are already exporting and want to increase their exports.
Experts in the field of international trade shared opinions and solutions for the challenges faced by Macedonian companies from the processing industry in their international activities at the current moment. Information was shared about new trends, what risks and dangers companies are exposed to, how to adapt and where to look for their chance in these challenging times.
The participants of the training acquired practical and educational information, such as a successful export plan, best practices for logistics and distribution in the manufacturing industry, the importance of e-commerce and export strategy, standards as a necessary tool to improve exports, determining the price of the product abroad, the most important factors for success in international markets and successful preparation of international fairs. We thank the participants for their participation and for the praise of the event shared with us.
Some of the lecturers of the training were Sasho Risteski from the Macedonian Association of Macedonian Processors, Ljupcho Veleski from Vitaminka, Mihajlo Evrosimovski from Evrosimovski Consulting, Vladimir Petkovski from the Economic Institute UKIM Skopje, and Tanja Evrosimovska from Matrona Consulting.Huge thanks to Marta Naumovska Grnarova from Zavar Company and Zavar Design, Aleksandar Ackovski from Tikvesh Winery and Bojan Jovanoski from Komfi Angel who selflessly shared their strategies for approaching foreign markets to the training participants during the panel discussion on success stories.
Special thanks to the mayor of Gevgelija Municipality Andon Saramandov, who opened the training and called it an economic forum due to the large number of participants, who even exhibited their products, and thanks to Mile Boshkov from the Business Confederation of Macedonia for the support and participation in the training.
Triglav Insurance and Procredit Bank were part of the training that shared information on export receivables insurance and eligibility for export companies to use their services.
